Zeshan S. Ghumman is the managing partner of SG Advocate & Legal Consultants, one of Pakistan’s most prestigious corporate legal firms. He represented local and national businesses in commercial disputes and transactions, patent and trademark infringement, false advertising and deceptive business practices claims, and constitutional and legislative interpretations, among other things. He formerly worked at TECHENGAGEas Vice President and Associate General Counsel, where he litigated a wide range of technological transactional cases, as well as certain intellectual property, international, and cross-company strategic projects. Mr. Ghumman was also the first newsroom lawyer at TECHENGAGE, where he oversaw high-stakes litigation and other high-risk decisions. Mr. Ghumman pursue wide range of trial and appeal proceedings, including cases involving murder, terrorism, fraud, kidnapping, drug trafficking/money laundering, and rape, among others. He is passionate about pro bono work and volunteers at legal clinics for the disadvantaged on a regular basis and worked as a member of the pro bono committee at his firm.
