Zeshan S. Ghumman is the managing partner of SG Advocate & Legal Consultants, one of Pakistan’s most prestigious corporate legal firms. He represented local and national businesses in commercial disputes and transactions, patent and trademark infringement, false advertising and deceptive business practices claims, and constitutional and legislative interpretations, among other things. He formerly worked at TECHENGAGE as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, where he litigated a wide range of technological transactional cases, as well as certain intellectual property, international, and cross-company strategic projects.
